Houston Business Journal: "...the only program
that has turned an intangible entity (attitudes) into a
tangible entity of increased sales and profit."
NBC-TV News: "Turning cost centers into profit
centers by using human behavioral techniques helping
employees."
Let's see what some businesses had to say about Warren
Haskin's teachings from his organization, Help People:
Don Hansen, GM Stouffer's: "It is no doubt true
that Help People ® has been an instrumental force in
generating repeat business for Stouffer's. As you know, repeat
business is the cornerstone of our ultimate success. According
to surveys from our guests, Help People® has turned the
largest cost center in our hotel to a profit center.
Unbelievable."
Pete Reinthaler, Insurance Agent: "This is to
thank you for running such an excellent organization. The
State of Texas has lowered your workman comp rates by 26%...an
astounding feat."
Robert Hines, President, BrandonTaylor Advertising
Agency: " Help People ® has changed the course of
history for complete industries, businesses and individuals".
I am one person who can say 25 years after going through PIE
that it changed the history of my company, and my life
personally."

Let's see what
other places have to say about Warren
and his teachings through Help People:
|
Jane
Griffin, VP Health Care Chain: "The Help People ®
Seminar produced amazing results for our employees, and our
hospital. It's true, when employees grow, a company grows."
Bill Thompson, Ford Motor: "The secret in
providing service to the consumer is to give them something
they do not expect. Needless to say, Help People does just
that."
Fred Barnes, Small Business Owner: "I appreciate
your style. Like ole Diz use to say, 'if you say you can do
it, and you can do it, well, pardner, that ain't
bragging....and you are good!"
The CASH
Attitude's teachings can work for far more than just
businesses. Let's see what some everyday people said:
Gay Beall: "My four year old son had been
expelled from three day care centers. When I started sharing
with him what I'd learned from Help People's PIE program; his
new teacher told me he was the best-behaved child in her
class. Help People ® taught me more about life, parenting and
business than I learned in all my schooling."
Jon Heath: "Help People ® changed my life
completely. No one ever taught me how attitudes affect
everything we do, and how easy it is to have the right
attitude."
Brenda Wells: "I learned personal growth makes
business growth automatic. Help People ® changed my life in a
way that will never be forgotten."

One individual experienced such a drastic
positive change in her life, and her profits (without offering
anything different in her business), that she felt compelled to
write a real long testimony. You can read Jaime's full
testimony below.

July, 2006
Help People has radically changed everything about my
life. A little under a year ago I moved to Austin. I had a
great sales job for an oil company. I was making decent money,
and I was looking forward to a fresh start and new life in a
new city. Little did I know I would get everything I wanted
and more the day that I bumped into Warren R. Haskin. Warren
and I talked while I was waiting on a sales manager to speak
to. Before I knew it, over an hour had passed! I left the
conversation feeling refreshed. I felt light-hearted and
really enjoyed working the rest the day. The beautiful thing
about it was, everyone I talked to after, told me what a great
cheery personality I had. What I didn’t realize was that I had
been touched by the Help People attitude.
Over the next few weeks, I met with Warren. We struck a deal
where I would agree to help him reduce his workload in
exchange for personal mentoring. In those weeks I noticed that
my sales increased drastically! The service I was selling had
not changed. What had changed was that I was learning to
really listen and understand customer’s needs. My customer’s
were left with the impression of a company that really was
concerned about their needs. They felt that they had a contact
in that company whom they could trust and build a loyalty to.
Before Warren and I started, I had no idea all the benefits
that I would reap. In fact, looking back on it, Warren
definitely got the short end of the deal.
At first, we started with the Foundation. The whole time we
were going over the rules, I thought to myself, well this is
common sense. Doesn’t everyone know these things? I knew that
I did most of these things already. What I did not grasp at
the time was that, yes I did these rules, sometimes. I did not
consciously apply them everyday though. This was especially
true on the days that I woke up in a “not so great mood.”
Warren had me practice one rule a week (in no particular
order) and document the differences I noticed. I was skeptical
at first, not thinking it would really have the impact that
Warren promised. I immediately noticed two things. When I
began using rule two, show genuine appreciation to others, I
caught that I could change other’s attitudes. For example, I
went to the store that day, and I was checking out, one of the
items would not scan. I could tell that the cashier was
frustrated because the store was packed and there were at
least four other people behind me in line. I said, “Angela
(remember rule number six!), I really appreciate you going to
the trouble and taking the time to check on the price for this
item. I knew that it was her job, but I don’t think anyone had
ever thanked her for doing something most shopper’s had come
to expect. Instantly, I saw the change in her attitude towards
me. A bright smile came to her face, and while we waited, I
asked her questions about herself. By the time I left she
thanked me profusely for making her day better. The ironic
thing is, she actually made my day better, because I had
helped someone else feel good. There is little that compares
to the joy of making the day a little brighter for someone
else.
What I have learned in this time is that Help People is not
just a name for a training company, but it is really a
philosophy, a way of living. Having PIE is now essential to my
day. In the morning I can actually take control of the rest of
my day by starting in a positive mindset. My attitude is
contagious. Everyone that I meet can’t help but feel the good
energy of my right attitude, and it changes their day.
Help People has made me look at my life in a new way. Living
positively not only means that I am much happier than ever
before, but it compels me to want to do my best in work, help
others as much as I can, and set goals to achieve my maximum
potential. This new way of living draws people to me. I can
almost guarantee that people never forget a Help People
person. This is because they have encountered a person who is
genuine and can make that person feel really good about
themselves. A Help People person has confidence and can
communicate in a personal way that brings an understanding of
other’s needs. To put it succinctly, a Help People person,
will transcend any normal precedence of human acquaintanceship
to create a true affinity with others.
The last six months, I really have been living the Help People
attitude. I always believed it, but now that I really practice
it every day, I can see the changes taking place in my life.
The differences are dramatic. I have grown more in the last
six months than I have in all my twenty-five years. All that I
thought I knew is being multiplied daily. The best thing is
that now I don’t really have to consciously think about using
the Foundation; it has become a habit. I use it everyday in
everything I do to compliment my morning PIE.
